This free dollhouse generator draws a gabled house with up to three floors. Each floor has fingers along its edges that drop into slots cut through the end walls and the front, so the floors pull the house square as you build it.
The default is 1:24 in 3 mm plywood, which fits most laser beds. A 1:12 house is twice the size in every direction, so plan on 6 mm sheet and on cutting the parts across several sheets.
