Licensing Information

You are free to use any SVG, STL, or 3MF file generated by MyLaserTools.com for both personal and commercial purposes, including:

• Personal and hobbyist projects
• Commercial products and business use
• Modifying, adapting, and customizing designs
• Selling physical goods made using the files

Active Pro subscribers may also distribute and resell the generated digital SVG, STL, and 3MF files themselves, including modified versions and digital bundles.

This applies to files generated while your Pro subscription is active. Map Designer exports remain subject to any required map-data attribution described below.

For non-map generators, attribution is optional but appreciated. If you would like to credit us, feel free to include:

"Design generated with MyLaserTools.com"

Most Map Designer exports can use the same generated-file rights above. Only add data attribution when your finished design publicly uses map features or topography layers.

• Advanced bathymetry (lake depth): Advanced depth surveys come from several public data providers, and some are released under licenses that require a specific credit. The exact attribution text for each source is listed in the Bathymetry Data Attribution section below.

If attribution cannot reasonably fit on a physical item, include it in the product listing, point-of-sale materials, packaging, instructions, or other accompanying materials.

Bathymetry (water-depth) layers are derived from real public-domain and third-party survey and modeled data, processed and stylized for artistic and decorative design use only. Depths, contours, shorelines, and other features are approximate, may be interpolated, modeled, simplified, out of date, or inaccurate, and must not be relied upon. These layers are not nautical charts, navigational aids, surveying products, legal boundary records, engineering data, emergency guidance, or safety-critical information, and must not be used for navigation or any purpose where life, safety, or property could be at risk.

Geospatial and bathymetry data are provided "as is." Neither MyLaserTools nor the underlying data providers make any guarantee or warranty, express or implied, concerning the accuracy, completeness, condition, or fitness of the data for any particular purpose. The burden of determining fitness for use lies entirely with you. In no event shall MyLaserTools or any data provider have any liability whatsoever for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or other damages of any kind, including but not limited to any loss of profits, arising out of the use of or reliance on this data.

• Do not sell, redistribute, or offer for download the original or modified SVG/STL/3MF files themselves (e.g., as part of a digital bundle or marketplace listing).
• Do not repackage or resell the files in any format intended for reuse by others.

Selling physical products (laser-cut items, 3D prints, engraved goods) made from the files is perfectly fine. The restriction only applies to distributing the digital files themselves without a Pro commercial license.
