How To Use
Set your box dimensions (width, depth, height) and material thickness. Dimensions are internal measurements.
Adjust finger width and spacing to control the size and tightness of the joints. Larger values create looser-fitting joints, smaller values create tighter joints.
Fine-tune finger joint settings. Wider fingers (2-3× thickness) are stronger but fewer. Narrower fingers provide more contact points.
Download the SVG file and laser cut all 6 faces. The layout shows: Bottom in center with Left/Right on sides, then Front/Back and Top below.
Assembly: Start with the bottom face. Insert the front, back, left, and right sides into the bottom's finger cutouts. The sides interlock with each other at corners. Finally, press the top onto all four sides. No glue needed for a snug fit!
Pro Tip: Test your settings with a smaller box first. Each laser and material combination may need slightly different finger joint settings for the perfect fit.
