How To Use
Pick Your Item
Tap a tab for pencils, drumsticks, chopsticks, or knitting needles. The jig works for both UV printing and laser engraving.
Set Dimensions and Count
Adjust the diameter and length to match your item, or stick with the preset. Choose Custom Count to set the exact number of slots, or Fill Sheet to fill a laser bed automatically.
Add Text and Symbols
Type one name per line, one per slot. Pick an alignment, add an optional symbol beside the text, and let auto-shrink handle long names. Choose Engrave & Print mode for filled text, or Score mode for single-line laser fonts.
Download & Run
Download the SVG (Cut, Slots Cut, and Engrave layers in one file) for laser cutting and engraving. For UV printing, download the 300 DPI PNG and load it into your UV printer software. Place items in the slots and run in a single pass.

Our free cylinder jig generator creates precision fixtures for batch UV printing and laser engraving on pencils, drumsticks, chopsticks, and knitting needles. Each slot holds one item at a consistent position so every print or engrave lands in the same spot. Pick an item preset to auto-fill diameter and length, or enter your own dimensions for any item up to 30 mm wide and 500 mm long. Choose Fill Sheet to fill a standard laser bed automatically, or use Custom Count to pick an exact number. Use Engrave & Print mode for filled text that works with both lasers and UV printers, or Score mode for single-line fonts on lasers. Long names auto-shrink to fit the available space. Download the Jig SVG to cut the holder, the Engrave SVGfor laser engraving, or the UV Print PNG at 300 DPI for direct-to-cylinder UV printing.
