Shorter payloads make coarser, more scannable codes, so use a short URL where you can. Export the PNG at full resolution and print at final size - never upscale a QR raster. 2. UV print straight onto white or frosted acrylic for a backlit-friendly modern sign. 3. For paper table tents, print, laminate, and fold; lamination glare is fine as long as contrast stays strong. 4. Keep the quiet zone (the blank margin) unprinted and uncropped. ## 3D Printing ### 3D printing 1. Export the STL with 2-3 mm Base Plate Thickness and about 1 mm QR Extrusion Depth. 2. Print the base in white and swap to black exactly where the code starts - contrast is everything. 3. Use a 0.4 mm nozzle and keep QR Size 60 mm+ so each module spans several extrusion widths. 4.
